Nordsense solution consists of:

• Better use of existing machines and staff, while also increasing efficiency and reducing costs for the two(2) companies (Municipal Company GRAD d.o.o. and Michieli-Tomić d.o.o.) responsible for waste collection in Brač island.
• Finally, by knowing the location of the containers and optimizing routes, it would become easier for new drivers to collect waste in unfamiliar areas.

Indicative budget/Phases
1) Indicative budget.- Our solution consists of a hardware component (sensor) and a software component (license usage). Therefore, to create a proposal, we always need two key pieces of information: the number of containers and the duration of the monthly subscription.
The greater the number of sensors and the longer the subscription period, the lower the price.
In this case, we do not have either of these two data points, so we can only provide a unit price.
• Unit sensor price: €135.00 (*)
• Software used per sensor and per month: €4.90 (*)
• Asset Tracking monthly fee per sensor: €0.80
• Navigator app:
Routing base fee/month: €204.00
Routing monthly fee per truck: €51.00
(*) These two prices are complementary and cover everything—from software maintenance and user training to eliminating the need for any additional investment in devices or communication lines.
In other words, we offer a turnkey solution that requires no additional setup or investment.
2) Phases.-
Once our final proposal is accepted through the signature of the responsible person, we would proceed with the shipment of the sensors to Brač.
Please note that our delivery times are among the shortest in the market. In this case, since we do not yet know the number of sensors required, it is not possible to provide an exact delivery timeframe. However, as an estimate, we can say that we would be able to dispatch approximately 500 units within 30 to 60 days.
Sensor installation
Given that our sensors are easy to install, the customer can carry out the installation directly, always under our supervision and ongoing support. Alternatively, we can provide installation services upon request. As with delivery, we cannot provide an exact installation timeline at this stage, but due to the simplicity of the process, installation times are also among the shortest in the market.
Activation, platform launch, and staff training
Typically, both sensor activation and platform launch are carried out at the same time as the installation.
Regarding staff training, since the software is very user-friendly, simple, and intuitive, a half-day session is usually sufficient.
In any case, it is important to note that our technicians not only provide continuous platform monitoring but are also always available to assist users with any questions or issues that may arise.
