1) Will there be a public-facing or administrative dashboard for visualisation data and sharing with stakeholders?

2) The Municipality of Rethymno already operates cameras and equipment that monitor road users. How will your proposed system reliably detect pedestrians and cyclists located outside of roadway areas, such as sidewalks, parks, or pedestrian-only zones?

3) In what format will your deliverables be provided, and who will be the intended recipients? Ideally, the Municipality of Rethymno would need access to the full dataset, and it would be beneficial if some of the insights or visualisations could also be made publicly accessible. How do you plan to support both internal use and public transparency in your solution?

ANSWERS
1) Yes, a dashboard with dual public and administrative views (public, available to all citizens, and administrative, available to selected users and stakeholders) will be implemented. The dashboard will be easily readable (user friendly) and configurable (it will be possible to choose the data to be displayed), implementable with real-time data. ///
2) It is planned that the system can collect information from different types of users outside the road areas through three different options, all of which can be implemented:
1. by adapting existing information collected from equipment already installed on roads through video analytics software; 2. by integrating data through the implementation of sensors in specific pilot areas or strategic points that can anonymously collect users' movements; and 3. by capturing information through a specific app, which will also be the information output tool, dedicated to the project. ///
3) It is planned to share with the public administration specific datasets in open data format (e.g. shapefiles, json, csv, ods, etc.) according to the different project needs. It is planned the prior identification of the different project datasets, their classification into Macro-datasets according to their characteristics (usability, visualisability, integrability, etc.) the identification of a group of stakeholders authorised to their usability according to the individual Macro-datasets identified (citizens, public administration, selected stakeholders, etc.)
