EVANA: Events for Valued Action on Neutrality in Assemblies
Summary
EVANA is a strategic action plan that redefines the planning, management and completion of events with a focus on the environmental, economic and social impact on the island of Elba. It provides clear, concise and adaptable steps to be taken by local communities and places special emphasis on the areas of greatest impact in order to select more responsible options.

o Reduction of GHG emissions
o Improved planning and incorporation of solutions related to the management of resources and/or waste with a circular economy point of view trying to increase their useful life
o Calculation of the associated environmental impact

o Optimisation of the resources needed to implement the events and increase the attractiveness of Elba as a sustainable event destination.

AIMPLAS is made up of a multidisciplinary team of experts, including experts in circular economy. With a high level of knowledge in environmental education, resource management and eco-design.

Phase 1: Needs assessment and collection of concrete information on events. Collaborative workshops with local communities to understand their needs and extract possible solutions (15000€-20000€)
Phase 2: Creation of a base roadmap, with all management and training resources completed (25000€-40000€)
Phase 3: Implementation of the first pilot and detection of areas to improve and apply (5000€-10000€)
Phase 4: Evaluation of the final roadmap and proposal for scaling up (3000€-7000€)
